Below are answers to our most frequently asked questions about our services, booking process, and company policies.
We are a fully mobile service operating across the Wasatch Front and Central Utah. Our primary service area stretches from the Salt Lake City (SLC) metro area down the corridor through Price and Salina. We come directly to your home, business, or job site.
We offer 24-hour service! We know that some jobs can’t wait, so emergency calls are always welcome—especially for urgent dirt work like broken water lines.

To speed up the process, please send us pictures of the project along with exact (or close) square footage and dimensions. Depending on the type of request, we may also require a visual, in-person estimate before starting.
Absolutely. In fact, we highly recommend it! Because we handle dirt work, pressure washing, and weed control, we can prepare the site, clean up the surrounding hardscapes, and lay down an herbicide barrier to keep your new project weed-free.
No. We provide the heavy equipment, machine time, and expert labor. It is your responsibility to order and manage any materials needed for your specific site. However, with our 20+ years of experience, we are more than happy to guide you and make professional recommendations!
The property owner is entirely responsible for pulling all necessary local permits for the project. Additionally, you must do your own due diligence by calling Blue Stake to mark utility lines before we dig. If Blue Stake is not called, any resulting damage to utilities is strictly on your behalf, not ours.
We strive for highly accurate visual estimates. However, because we cannot see what is hidden deep underground, there is a negotiated 5% to 10% price increase if the necessary labor and machine time exceed initial expectations once we break ground.
We require all clients to sign a service waiver before washing. Precise Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for exacerbating underlying issues (such as paint chips, cracks, or hidden rust). We are also not liable for any mechanical or electrical defects in the vehicles or equipment we service. All surfaces are evaluated verbally and photographed before work.
We offer professional decal removal at a flat rate or on an hourly basis. However, please be aware that all decal removals carry inherent risks, including underlying paint discoloration or clear-coat cracking.
Safety is our top priority, and we are fully MSHA- and OSHA-licensed. Before we spray, you must notify us if children or pets live on or frequent the property. We will explicitly explain the risks and provide strict post-treatment wait periods. You must follow these wait-period instructions before anyone re-enters the treated area.
We don’t use a “one-size-fits-all” solution. Our applications are highly targeted and customized to your property’s square footage and specific environmental needs. Generally, pesticides are estimated at around $0.09 per sq. ft. and herbicides at around $0.11 per sq. ft., though these rates are subject to change based on the specific job requirements.
